Pastor Reuben Wilson, a member of the Governing Council of the University of Uyo and founder of Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Leadership and Accountability (PRIFGLA), has extended his warmest congratulations to High Chief Government Oweideze Thomas Ekpemupolo, also known as Tompolo, on his 54th birthday.
