Pastor Reuben wilson reawards talened youths with 3 million in singing, dancing, and canoeing competiton

Pastor Reuben Wilson, founder of the Pastor Reuben Initiative for Good Leadership and Accountability (PRIFGLA), has awarded N3 million in cash prizes to winners of the 2nd edition of the Pastor Reuben Singing, Dancing, and Canoeing competition.

The event, held at Koluama 1 community in Southern Ijaw Council Area, drew over 50 participants and 10 compounds competing in the canoeing category.

The competition aimed to discover and nurture talents among young people, providing a platform for them to showcase their skills.

In the singing competition, DMX emerged as the winner, taking home a cash prize of N500,000. John Leimo and RMB secured the first and second runner-up positions, respectively, with cash prizes of N400,000 and N300,000.

In the dancing competition, Ware Oguon won the top prize of N500,000, while Bayo Ogon and Joy Sekibo took home N400,000 and N300,000, respectively, as the first and second runners-up.

The canoeing competition saw three compounds emerge as winners, sharing a cumulative cash prize of N450,000.

Dr. David Sese, coordinator of the competition, praised Pastor Reuben Wilson for organizing the event, which he believes will engage youths and hone their skills.

Sese described Pastor Reuben Wilson as a man of the people with a passion for empowering and developing young talent.

DMX, the winner of the singing competition, expressed gratitude to Pastor Reuben Wilson for providing a platform to develop his skills and craft.
