The Honourable Minister of State for Petroleum Resources ( Oil), Heineken Lokpobiri has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.
This he said is to formalize the ministry’s partnership with these universities.
Performing the signing on Thursday, he maintained that through a strategic collaboration with Scottish universities, PTDF is driving knowledge transfer to the College of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Kaduna.
He said:” I had the privilege of signing a Memorandum of Understanding with Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen, and the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.”
